ART PRINTS
Unless discussed prior to purchase ALL PRINTS ARE INSTANT DOWNLOADS / PRINTABLES.
You will not receive any physical copy of the print.
Unless your are purchasing a Custom Print, you will be able to download your files instantly after checkout.
Majority of the illustrations used in my designs are outsourced.
If you have any concerns about whether you will receive your order in time, please contact me BEFORE YOU ORDER. Orders are filled in the order they are received.
GENERAL

Prints by Chanelle reserves the right to change any information to the below terms and conditions or any other information on this website at any time, with or without notice. This can include but is not limited to: T&C's, returns, pricing, ordering process and products.

We will also adjust our terms and conditions accordingly should any information provided be found to be incorrect or missing.

PRIVACY

RETURNS
Due to the nature of our products being instant/digital downloads, we are unable to accept returns. Please see more information in regards to returns here.
ORDERING
When you place an order you are required to check a box that states you agree to our terms and conditions, regardless of whether or not you have read them. It is impossible to checkout without agreeing to them. It is in your best interest to familiarise yourself briefly with any terms and conditions set out by a store you are purchasing from.

All content within this website, included but not limited to, text (including these terms and any others), logo, graphics, images and product designs are all the property of Prints by Chanelle. Downloading, reproducing, copying or republishing is strictly prohibited without prior written approval and we will not hesitate to take legal action where necessary. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
All items are described as accurately as possible, however due to different monitor settings, the colours you see on our website may vary slightly from the actual colour of the items. If you believe the colour of something you have received is genuinely faulty or you are unhappy with the difference, please get in touch and we will do our best to remedy the situation.
PRICING
All prices stated on the website are in New Zealand dollars. Prints by Chanelle reserves the right to change the price of goods at any time without notice. Taxes are included in the total price of each item and shipping is calculated at the checkout based on size. Prints by Chanelle is not currently GST registered.
